ABOUT OTALKY

Otalky is a brand new, fun, and discrete way to meet men and women locally or across the world. You can chat with a group or one on one. Your chats can be light and flirtatious, seeking and serious, or sizzling hot - the choice is all yours! There are no quizzes or questionnaires or mandatory sharing of personal information. All different kinds of people use Otalky to feed their fantasies and meet new people. Join now and just be yourself or be whoever you want to be!

Otalky never uses paid actors or participants. Everyone you chat with will be a real human being looking for a connection just like you.

Call our number (470-243-3670) or download our app; purchase an affordable, unlimited monthly membership, and record your personal greeting. From there you can join group chats with up to 8 people, listen to other Members' personal greetings, and send them messages or a request to connect one on one. Don't forget to listen to the messages other members leave you. Get talking!

You can make suggestions or report problems to our Customer Service Representatives by email using the form provided under the Contact Us menu or by calling the Otalky chat line phone number and selecting Option 3.


SPECIALS AND FREE TRIALS

As an Introductory Offer, Otalky provides a 60 day trial membership with unlimited usage for just $9.95. At the end of your trial period, simply extend your membership with our low $9.95 per month unlimited membership. There are never any per minute charges at Otalky. We want to make sure our chat rooms are filled with like-minded members who want to chat!

Occasionally Otalky distributes Invitation Codes at special events and venues. Send an email to Support@otalky.com. If an Invitation Code is available, our Customer Service associates will send you one within a few days.


MEMBERSHIP

Otalky memberships are not associated with a specific phone number and as such may be used from any phone.

Only your seven (7) digit password needs to be private. Your Member ID is used to identify your mailbox in the Otalky system and can (and should) be shared with other users without compromising your security or safety online.

After the introductory period, standard Otalky memberships last thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

Otalky will send you a reminder email three (3) days before your membership time is about to run out.


ACCOUNT

To protect your information the only way to create an Otalky membership is online at Otalky.com or through our app. Simply create an account by clicking the Sign Up link on the top of the page. Enter your email address, Invitation Code or billing information, and you're ready to chat!

At the Otalky.com website, click on the Reminder link on the Members page. You will be prompted to enter the email address used to purchase your membership. Once your email is verified, you will receive an email with your Member ID and password along with your plan expiration date. If you used an AdCode for a free trial, please email us at Support@otalky.com.

First check your Spam or Junk e-mail folder for the "Password Reminder" email. If the email is not there, try adding Support@otalky.com to your email contacts and generate a new request for a Forgotten Password. If you are still having trouble, email our Customer Support associates at Support@otalky.com or call Customer Support directly by selecting 3 from the Main Menu.

PAYMENT

Otalky processes all payments through PayPal where you can use your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card or even the bank account associated with your PayPal ID. If you are not a PayPal member, no worries! You can still pay by credit card through the PayPal system without creating a PayPal membership. Just follow the simple links, and you'll be talking in no time!

Otalky uses local phone numbers to access our chatlines and will not charge anything to your phone bill. However, if you call one of our local access numbers from outside its local calling area, long distance charges may be billed through your phone service provider.

Otalky processes all payments through PayPal for simplicity, but you don't need to be a PayPal member. Financial details are encrypted and transmitted from a secure server using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and not stored on our system.


SENDING AND RECEIVING MESSAGES

Once you access the Otalky Main Menu, our prompts will guide you through the simple process of recording your name and greeting for the others to hear. Remember to speak clearly and directly into the phone and avoid recording your message in loud areas or around music.

If you hear from a Member who just isn't your type, simply delete the message and move on. If s/he is persistent and keeps messaging you, you can block the caller from sending you messages. Simply follow the prompts listed in the menu. If you think the Member is doing something illegal or is underage, you can block them and report their Member ID to our Customer Service department for investigation.

Send them a message back! You can do this back-and-forth as many times as you like until you decide you are ready to take it further. Otalky's best feature is that you decide when you're ready to proceed. We keep your personal information private at all times so you can give it out when you're ready.

Otalky values being a safe environment for all of its members. We will not tolerate any discrimination based on age, gender, or race, any references to illegal activity, or any threats of violence or harm.
